As the world transitions towards green growth, there comes a critical point of transformation in polyurethane industry. From June 25 to 27, 2025, the seventh Polyurethane Technology International Forum (PTIF), an international event bringing together global industrial elites and focusing on the topic of sustainability, will be held in Shanghai. Cosponsored by Shanghai Polyurethane Industry Association, the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and PUdaily, and organized by Shanghai Yihuatong Information Technology, the forum provides a platform for international exchanges that promote the green transformation and sustainability of the PU industry.

Research progress in alcoholysis recovery and recycling of polyurethane rigid foam: including high concentration and low-cost dispersion technology for waste polyurethane rigid foam, low consumption and non precious metal degradation system, process for preparing rigid polyurethane foam from recycled polyols, and continuous industrial recycling equipment

Personal Profile：

Chen Yingzan, Ph.D., graduated from East China University of Science and Technology and has been engaged in teaching and research work in catalyst preparation and polymer solid waste resource utilization for a long time. Presided over one key research and development project in Henan Province (green regeneration and high added value recovery and recycling technology of polyurethane rigid foam solid waste, project number 231111321600), and undertook one National Natural Science Foundation, two key scientific and technological research projects, and three other industry university research cooperation projects as a major researcher; Published over 10 papers in domestic and international journals, with 5 papers included in SCI and EI journals; Authorized 3 invention patents.

Research areas: Resource utilization of thermosetting plastic solid waste, catalytic reaction engineering, etc
