The rapid construction of a new rental condo project in Sainte Marie, south of Québec City, relied on Huntsman Building Solutions’ D-Max Wall assembly. It incorporates spray polyurethane foam insulation.

The Sentiers 59 luxury apartment complex progressed from groundbreaking to half of the apartments being ready for occupancy within nine months. Project design and construction experts Dutran tackled the demanding timeline by specifying the D-Max Wall assembly, which proved key to the rapid completion.
