Recently, NHK Spring, a leader in industrial machinery and equipment manufacturing, announced plans to completely stop production and sales of its chemical product line, particularly certain polyurethane foam products, by the end of March 2025. As part of the company’s strategic transformation, NHK Spring has reached an agreement with Toyo Quality One to transfer its chemical product business, effective April 1, 2025.

The decision to exit the chemical product business involves terminating the production and sales of several polyurethane foam products, including brands such as Super Seal, Super Sheet, Nippalay, Insuron, and FOREA. NHK Spring expressed gratitude for customer support over the years and emphasized that this move aligns with its broader strategic goals.
