PU China 2024, co-hosted by MM International Exhibition Co.,Ltd., China Polyurethane Industry Association, and Crain Communications Ltd., is held at Hall H1 of the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center from July 17-19, 2024. It has set up three major exhibition areas: "Exploring New Horizons," "Pioneering New Paths," and "Building Zero Carbon." "Exploring New Horizons" showcases Wanhua's innovative technologies in the engineering and industrial fields, such as polyurethane composite photovoltaic frames and advanced products for engineering industrial use, while also highlighting its commitment to clean energy applications and sustainable development. "Pioneering New Paths" focuses on Wanhua's modern solutions in the fields of new energy vehicles, polyurethane road repair, and plastic tracks. "Building Zero Carbon" features a display area for low-carbon innovative building materials, including polyurethane pultruded composite photovoltaic frames and energy-efficient doors and windows, PIR polyurethane building insulation solutions, and high-quality polyurethane memory foam mattresses, demonstrating Wanhua's latest achievements in green living and high-quality sleep.
Covestro participates with the theme "One-Stop Sustainable Solutions for a Better Future," showcasing numerous innovative, high-performance, and more sustainable elastomer raw materials and casting equipment solutions. Covestro's CQ series offshore wind power bend restrictors, based on the mass balance approach and containing biomass raw materials, can reduce carbon footprint by up to 63%. To achieve expanded functionality and precision of casting equipment, Covestro has abandoned the traditional scope of equipment application and rebuilt it according to customer needs, resulting in the efficient, innovative, and modern BORE cast machine, which forms a one-stop solution for cast elastomers from raw materials to technology and equipment.
