PUdaily, Shanghai-- On March 12, 2013, China’s Department of Commerce issued the No.16 [2013] announcement, deciding to impose anti-dumping measures against EU-originated toluene diisocyanate (model TDI80/20) effective March 13, 2013, with a valid period of 5 years.

On September 7, 2017, the Department issued the No.49 [2017] announcement, declaring that the measures will expire on March 12, 2018. The domestic industry or any natural person, legal person or relevant organization representing domestic industry can submit a written application for expiry review to the Department of Commerce 60 days prior to the expiration of the anti-dumping measures.

Within the time limit specified in the announcement, the Department didn't receive any qualified application, and thus it decided not to initiate the expiry review. Considering this fact, the anti-dumping measures against EU-originated toluene diisocyanate (model TDI80/20) will be terminated on March 13, 2018.
